Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, undamaged, and free from scratches
- The item must be in its original condition and original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Items that show signs of use, damage, wear, or misuse may not be eligible for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide:

- A return shipping label (if applicable)
- Details on where to send your item
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Fee
A 10% return fee will apply only to returns resulting from buyer’s remorse or incorrect product selection (e.g., wrong dog type or coat) and will be deducted from the total refund. No return fee will be deducted for products that arrive damaged or defective.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear and tear

Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at support@pupbrush.com
We are happy to offer an exchange for damaged or defective items at no additional cost, subject to verification.
For other exchange requests, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 10 business days
- Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@pupbrush.com
